Our guest is still talking about ALL the amazing and tasty appetizers from cocktail hour and that mash potato at dinner time! Let me tell you about that dessert station… think of all your favorite goodies on one table for you and your guest to enjoy… WE LOVED IT! “Our Wedding took place on July 21, 2023. Our experience with the Windsor Ballroom wedding coordinators and staff was superb. On our first consultation with Anjelica, we loved it so much that we signed the contract right away. She was extremely caring and personable and so was Amanda. They kept communicating with us making the wedding planning process so smooth and stress-free with all the help. This venue offered so much that we basically only needed to book a few vendors on our own. I was really nervous when I started to look for venues and once I met Anjelica she gave me so much reassurance, I felt confident and that really made a difference. On our wedding day our guests were speechless with the amazing service and the amenities offered. We had our beautiful courtyard wedding ceremony, our cocktail hour a few steps away and our Reception in the ballroom area. My guests loved that everything was in the same place and that when they arrived there was ample parking and a beautiful lobby to welcome them. The food at this venue is excellent. I’ve been to countless weddings and the food is never impressive. My guests were raving about the variety of food and how good and tasty it was. They are still talking about it. Marvin was our banquet manager. He was outstanding to say the least. Marvin was on top of the schedule to make sure everything was running seamlessly on our wedding day. This guy secured my wedding dress bustle like a pro as I had put away my phone and couldn’t get my sister to do it. My Bridal suite was perfect. It was so big! My parents and sisters were able to go and spend some time with me before the ceremony began. They delivered some champagne to the bridal suite to celebrate before the ceremony began. We couldn’t believe everything we got for the value. My family called our wedding day a magical moment. This was such a positive experience for such an important event, we will forever treasure the memories. After our wedding was over they sent wedding cake to our bridal suite and more champagne to enjoy during our stay. Thank you to Anjelica, Amanda, Marvin, Steven and all of the Windsor Ballroom staff. We are happy and so grateful. Stellar service with a heart.

We highly recommend anyone looking for a place to host their event, definitely choose the Windsor Ballroom! You will not be disappointed. The dining room is exquisite, the cocktail lounge is large and accommodating, and the hotel is conveniently connected to everything! And the outside courtyard was an amazing spot for our ceremony!

“We reached out to Windsor Ballroom back at the end of October and were able to schedule a viewing of the venue early November. We were emailing back and forth with Diana but the day of the tour, we met up with Andrea. I fell in love with the ballroom during the tour and all the extra benefits Andrea told us! She answered all of our questions that day and then all the other questions we had via email afterwards! We loved that we were able to have the viewing before the wedding that happened that night. It truly helped us envision what we would be able to do with our special night! We are so excited and love the space where the cocktail hour will be held, it’s separate but big enough for our guests to mingle. We can’t wait to start working with Andrea and the team for our night in 2021. We know we can trust them with their expertise!

From the beginning, Diana was incredible for all of our booking needs, always answering any random questions we had, offering her advice and keeping on top of the schedule. Ty was the most amazing blessing we could’ve asked for the day of the wedding! He made sure everything was decorated to our vision and he kept our day running smooth so there was no added stress. They were on point with everything!!!! Diana and Kelly were so helpful and so was the booking room coordinator since we live in North Jersey a big amount of our guest had to get rooms. They were super helpful and when we hit our limit blocked they released some more rooms for us. Ty and Irma were great when it came to wedding day Irma always checked up on us and asking us if we needed anything. It was so weird to have people serve me and ask me what I needed. I couldn’t get used to it. They were all so great and friendly!!! The food was amazing. I was told by many of our guests, and our cake was a awesome as well! Overall great experience! And the workers there are on point with transitioning from ceremony to cocktail hour to the reception!

From the moment we went to tour the Windsor Ballroom, Diana welcomed us with some delicious snacks and was very kind and friendly answering all of our question. Her attention and service to us was what helped us make our decision to have our big day at the Windsor Ballroom. The amazing follow up that both Diana and Kelly provided from the moment we booked to the day of my wedding was AMAZING, it made me feel more at ease and know that I was not missing anything. Ty was able to bring to life what I had always envisioned on how I wanted the decor to my wedding to look like.

“Amazing customer service and an amazing venue! As one of the maid of honors for my cousin’s wedding, I was charged with finding a venue for her Bridal Shower. This process was a bit harder than I thought it would be. However, when I came to this venue with the second MOH to view the space and catering menu and seeing everything they had to offer, we knew that this was the right place for us. The entire Catering Team were nothing short of wonderful. They worked with us and our budget to ensure we had everything that we needed. The day of the event (May, 2018), was hectic but it went so well. All of the guests raved about how beautiful it was and how yummy all of the food was too. They enjoyed the open bar (I did too) and many are still talking about it to this day. This is review is long overdue, but thank you for helping us make our cousin’s dreams come true by having the most beautiful Bridal Shower I’ve ever seen. We HIGHLY recommend this venue!!

“We were thrilled with our experience at the Windsor Ballroom! Andrea, Ty, and the team were always so responsive to any questions that we had. They helped us to feel confident that all arrangements would be made as we desired. They gave us a phenomenal package deal for the ceremony and reception, which included a wedding cake from Chocolate Carousel. Further, we were consistently notified of discount opportunities, and that allowed us to add enhancements to our ceremony and reception while remaining within our budget. They let us use the private courtyard for our pictures at no charge and made sure to have our ceremony room set up to allow for picture-taking well in advance of the ceremony.
Setting up a room block was easy and we were not charged for any unused rooms. Amanda always kept us apprised of who had made reservations. While staying over at the hotel (Holiday Inn of East Windsor), we, our wedding party, and other guests got spectacular service from the front desk (especially Molly) and other staff.
Ty and Irma gave us great attention and advice leading up to the ceremony and both made sure that our ceremony and reception went perfectly. Irma even helped to bustle the wedding dress! Our guests were so complementary of the abundant and delicious food offered first at the cocktail hour and then at the reception. We highly recommend the Sundae Boardwalk enhancement as dessert for you and your guests!
At the end of the night, Ty, Irma, and the team packed everything (gifts, our toasting flutes, leftover cake, etc.) quickly and transported it to our bridal suite.
We could not have been more satisfied with the service and quality of the food and venue as at the Windsor Ballroom. It is a beautiful and elegant venue that offers very reasonable and comprehensive packages with a phenomenal staff dedicated to great service.

The food is phenomenal, the waitstaff is extremely courteous and go above and beyond, and the maitre d, Ty is basically Superman. Ty runs a tight ship. The groom and I were able to meet with him a few days before the wedding, hand over literally EVERYTHING that was needed the day of, and he had it under control. There was even an accident with the pumpkins/table numbers on my part requiring 3 pumpkins to be re-done. Ty told me to just bring him the new cardholder and he’d take care of it. Sure enough, the day of the wedding the table numbers looked amazing! Ty also assured that absolutely no issues made it to my husband or I, he handled everything himself, making the day completely stress-free for us. The true hero of our tail, though, is Irma. Irma is one of the “captains” of the waitstaff, and she’s the most amazing woman ever. From the moment we got there for pictures, Irma was there for anything my husband or I needed. She actually bustled my dress (expertly, I might add), when the bridesmaid with a video of the bustle was not in the room yet. She’s practically a magician, having anything we asked for within minutes of the request, including getting the child meals out early so the kids could be picked up. The entire team is incredible, with major kudos going to Sydney, Ty, and the amazing Irma!

Some of our friends are already inquiring about a one-year anniversary party at Windsor Ballroom. The staff really made such an incredible impression on all my guests, and a special bonus was the buffet breakfast (huge assortment) the next day which goes till noon, that you can easily set up days before if you choose to. It gave us a little extra time spend time with everyone.

The cocktail hour was well staffed, food refilled (including our sushi station), and the bathrooms were very clean. The physical dinner part was well executed. We had over 220 guests. Dinner entrees were all served on-time together, one side of the room was not waiting while everyone else was eating. We had kids eating 20-30 minutes in advance, that was well executed so that the adults could have a special time with the DJ. We reserved a room block with roughly 30 rooms taken. Guests were delighted by the clean, reasonably priced rooms and very happy to have a free breakfast on Sunday. The hotel worked with us to coordinate a time for our guests and everyone was happy the party in essence was a destination and weekend event. People did not expect such a fine venue. They were surprised and still are talking about the fabulous party weeks later. We thought the entire staff did a fabulous job and we would book another party again! You should consider Windsor Ballroom for your wedding, you won’t be disappointed! In fact you will be WOWED by your decision of where you had your once in a lifetime experience. If you are shopping dj/ event companies, loved – AJH Entertainment (Marlboro, NJ)! Need a photographer, look no more- Scott Roth Photography (Montville, NJ). Need creative centerpieces and decorations, book Total Party (Dori Saypol, East Brunswick, NJ).

The room was also perfect- which was a significant consideration when booking our event. The chandeliers are beautiful, dance floor perfectly sized and the table linens and center pieces are very well appointed. I also need to give a shout out to Michael at Off the Chart Entertainment who did a fantastic job with the music as well as live streaming pictures from the event to the screens he provided and Galis Photography! We had the best time with our photographers prior to the ceremony at home and at the park where we took pictures. Once the ceremony started the photographers and the video team were present but never took a single moment away from our wedding or our guests enjoyment of the wedding. Once again, thank you to the team at the Windsor Ballroom for making our Wedding Day completely perfect. We would not have changed a thing!!

The first three venues and locations didn’t pan out after miscommunication, poor management and not willing to take on a fraternity as a client. Well, we had no issues with the Holiday Inn of East of Windsor. We were treated like any other large scale event would have been. We took the time to plan, strategize, and execute an amazing fraternity formal and as chapter president, I could not have been more pleased. The event was seamless from start to finish, with each and everyone one of our requests being met and exceeded. The ballroom was an amazing event space and our rooms were gorgeous. The word “fraternity” can sometimes be a nightmare from a hospitality management stance, for good reason. “Our Wedding took place on July 21, 2023. Our experience with the Windsor Ballroom wedding coordinators and staff was superb. On our first consultation with Anjelica, we loved it so much that we signed the contract right away. She was extremely caring and personable and so was Amanda. They kept communicating with us making the wedding planning process so smooth and stress-free with all the help. This venue offered so much that we basically only needed to book a few vendors on our own. I was really nervous when I started to look for venues and once I met Anjelica she gave me so much reassurance, I felt confident and that really made a difference. On our wedding day our guests were speechless with the amazing service and the amenities offered. We had our beautiful courtyard wedding ceremony, our cocktail hour a few steps away and our Reception in the ballroom area. My guests loved that everything was in the same place and that when they arrived there was ample parking and a beautiful lobby to welcome them. The food at this venue is excellent. I’ve been to countless weddings and the food is never impressive. My guests were raving about the variety of food and how good and tasty it was. They are still talking about it. Marvin was our banquet manager. He was outstanding to say the least. Marvin was on top of the schedule to make sure everything was running seamlessly on our wedding day. This guy secured my wedding dress bustle like a pro as I had put away my phone and couldn’t get my sister to do it. My Bridal suite was perfect. It was so big! My parents and sisters were able to go and spend some time with me before the ceremony began. They delivered some champagne to the bridal suite to celebrate before the ceremony began. We couldn’t believe everything we got for the value. My family called our wedding day a magical moment. This was such a positive experience for such an important event, we will forever treasure the memories. After our wedding was over they sent wedding cake to our bridal suite and more champagne to enjoy during our stay. Thank you to Anjelica, Amanda, Marvin, Steven and all of the Windsor Ballroom staff. They were on point with everything!!!! Diana and Kelly were so helpful and so was the booking room coordinator since we live in North Jersey a big amount of our guest had to get rooms. They were super helpful and when we hit our limit blocked they released some more rooms for us. Ty and Irma were great when it came to wedding day Irma always checked up on us and asking us if we needed anything. It was so weird to have people serve me and ask me what I needed. I couldn’t get used to it. They were all so great and friendly!!! The food was amazing. I was told by many of our guests, and our cake was a awesome as well! Overall great experience! And the workers there are on point with transitioning from ceremony to cocktail hour to the reception!

Further, we were consistently notified of discount opportunities, and that allowed us to add enhancements to our ceremony and reception while remaining within our budget. They let us use the private courtyard for our pictures at no charge and made sure to have our ceremony room set up to allow for picture-taking well in advance of the ceremony.
Setting up a room block was easy and we were not charged for any unused rooms. Amanda always kept us apprised of who had made reservations. While staying over at the hotel (Holiday Inn of East Windsor), we, our wedding party, and other guests got spectacular service from the front desk (especially Molly) and other staff.
Ty and Irma gave us great attention and advice leading up to the ceremony and both made sure that our ceremony and reception went perfectly. Irma even helped to bustle the wedding dress! Our guests were so complementary of the abundant and delicious food offered first at the cocktail hour and then at the reception. We highly recommend the Sundae Boardwalk enhancement as dessert for you and your guests!
At the end of the night, Ty, Irma, and the team packed everything (gifts, our toasting flutes, leftover cake, etc.) quickly and transported it to our bridal suite.
We could not have been more satisfied with the service and quality of the food and venue as at the Windsor Ballroom. It is a beautiful and elegant venue that offers very reasonable and comprehensive packages with a phenomenal staff dedicated to great service.

The groom and I were able to meet with him a few days before the wedding, hand over literally EVERYTHING that was needed the day of, and he had it under control. There was even an accident with the pumpkins/table numbers on my part requiring 3 pumpkins to be re-done. Ty told me to just bring him the new cardholder and he’d take care of it. Sure enough, the day of the wedding the table numbers looked amazing! Ty also assured that absolutely no issues made it to my husband or I, he handled everything himself, making the day completely stress-free for us. The true hero of our tail, though, is Irma. Irma is one of the “captains” of the waitstaff, and she’s the most amazing woman ever. From the moment we got there for pictures, Irma was there for anything my husband or I needed. She actually bustled my dress (expertly, I might add), when the bridesmaid with a video of the bustle was not in the room yet. She’s practically a magician, having anything we asked for within minutes of the request, including getting the child meals out early so the kids could be picked up. Some of our friends are already inquiring about a one-year anniversary party at Windsor Ballroom. The staff really made such an incredible impression on all my guests, and a special bonus was the buffet breakfast (huge assortment) the next day which goes till noon, that you can easily set up days before if you choose to. It gave us a little extra time spend time with everyone.

The cocktail hour was well staffed, food refilled (including our sushi station), and the bathrooms were very clean. The physical dinner part was well executed. We had over 220 guests. Dinner entrees were all served on-time together, one side of the room was not waiting while everyone else was eating. We had kids eating 20-30 minutes in advance, that was well executed so that the adults could have a special time with the DJ. We reserved a room block with roughly 30 rooms taken. Guests were delighted by the clean, reasonably priced rooms and very happy to have a free breakfast on Sunday. The hotel worked with us to coordinate a time for our guests and everyone was happy the party in essence was a destination and weekend event. People did not expect such a fine venue. They were surprised and still are talking about the fabulous party weeks later. We thought the entire staff did a fabulous job and we would book another party again! You should consider Windsor Ballroom for your wedding, you won’t be disappointed! In fact you will be WOWED by your decision of where you had your once in a lifetime experience. If you are shopping dj/ event companies, loved – AJH Entertainment (Marlboro, NJ)! Need a photographer, look no more- Scott Roth Photography (Montville, NJ). Need creative centerpieces and decorations, book Total Party (Dori Saypol, East Brunswick, NJ).

I also need to give a shout out to Michael at Off the Chart Entertainment who did a fantastic job with the music as well as live streaming pictures from the event to the screens he provided and Galis Photography! We had the best time with our photographers prior to the ceremony at home and at the park where we took pictures. Once the ceremony started the photographers and the video team were present but never took a single moment away from our wedding or our guests enjoyment of the wedding. Once again, thank you to the team at the Windsor Ballroom for making our Wedding Day completely perfect. We would not have changed a thing!!
