I Love the 80s Birthday Party Bash at Windsor Ballroom

Have you ever seen such a fun birthday party? And it’s for grownups! We’re so glad Caitlin and Anthony chose the Windsor Ballroom at the Holiday Inn East Windsor as the NJ banquet venue for their totally rad 80’s birthday bash. Caitlin did an amazing job creating the decorations.

They had everything: splatter paint place cards and table numbers, Pac Man and Rubik’s cube and Game Boy details. Photo props included mullets, side ponytails, and oversized bottles of hairspray. Anthony opted for a time traveling DeLorean cake, and Caitlin stole our hearts with a cake concocted of brightly colored, super high-heeled pumps. It’s a tidal wave of big-haired, neon, scrunchied nostalgia. Ah, memories.

Thank you so much for EVERYTHING! I’m glad you loved our theme! It was A LOT of fun, that’s for sure! The butler passed hors d’oeuvres were a HUGE hit! The mini grilled cheese sandwiches with tomato soup shooters were a special to my family as well. The hotel accommodations were excellent as well, and many of our guests commented to Anthony and I about how beautiful the venue was and how nice and friendly everyone was. Everyone had a smile on their face the entire time, and that helped me to relax a bit as well!

The little things like that set the “good” venues apart from the “great” ones. So, THANK YOU again, and please make sure all the staff that worked that night knows how appreciated they all are! Their hard work did NOT go unnoticed. Anthony and I as well as all of our guests had an amazing night, and the staff at Windsor Ballroom had a huge hand in making our night a success.
